Metro Manila, Philippines – May 6, 2024
Devex Incorporated has achieved the Quadruple A classification from the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB). This accomplishment places the construction firm among leaders, showcasing their dedication to quality and customer service.
Introduced in 2013, the Quadruple A category represents the highest level of the PCAB licensing system. This standard acknowledges the evolving demands within the construction sector, recognizing contractors who excel across various aspects of their work.
“Achieving the highest level signifies our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results,” says Clarke Ng, Devex Incorporated’s Chief Operating Officer. “Our team’s expertise and dedication empowers us to tackle even more complex projects while upholding our core values of excellence and client satisfaction.”
Devex Incorporated began its journey in the construction industry in 2015. In nine years, the Metro Manila-based general contractor’s dedication resulted in achieving the highest construction licensing category.
In 2015, with only a category B PCAB license and rented equipment, a team of 15 engineers persevered to kickstart the construction business. Slowly but surely, Devex transitioned from a fit-out contractor to a general contractor, taking on projects ranging from retail and commercial spaces to midrise buildings and facilities, and on to high-rise structures.
Devex Incorporated expresses its gratitude to all employees, partners, and stakeholders, who played a role in this achievement. Clarke Ng emphasizes, “This achievement was only possible with the combined efforts of our entire team. We are grateful to everyone who contributed. We look forward to reaching even greater heights in construction together.”
